Why Use a Land Man?

Because I can run a property line with a plat and a compass and won't hesitate to blaze a mile long trail through 300 acres of mountain terrain. When you're in the business long enough, you can't help knowing your way around the housing market as well. But acreage and homes on acreage is what I gravitate toward. I enjoy the visionary part of the land business like finding the ideal location for driveways and road beds, perfect home sites looking at mountain views as far as the eye can see or next to one of North Georgia's trout streams that can ease anyone's day. Why use a land man? Because I have a decade of know-how and a network of graders, surveyors, development knowledge, trustworthy builders, ideas of improvements for resale values or what might hurt them, and a lot of happy clients.
