Looking for high elevations, great views, and mountain streams? I think you would appreciate this area along with all my other hand-picked green communities. The development consists of larger tracts of 3 acres and up, paved private roads, and underground utilities. Protective covenants keep everything looking nice but don't get into your business too much either.
